摘要
建立船舶柴油机中央冷却系统高温淡水(缸套冷却水)冷却回路的动态热力学模型,并将柴油机功率模糊控制信号引入到高温冷却水温度控制系统中.通过预先调节三通阀的开度,达到降低冷却水温度动态偏差,快速调节冷却水温度的目的.应用Matlab软件对系统的仿真结果表明,基于功率信号模糊预调节与水温Smith+PID调节的智能控制方法,明显优于常规PID控制方法.
The dynamic mathematical model of the high temperature loop was introduced in the center cool- ing water system of marine diesel.The fuzzy control signal of the output power of main engine was taken to pre-adjust the valve.The aim is to decrease temperature dynamic deviation and adjust the temperature of the cooling water quickly.The result shows that the Smith+PID control method with fuzzy control signal has better control performance than current PID control.
