摘要
光度法检测微量镍发展的核心是制备高灵敏的显色剂,而杂环三氮烯类试剂由于其显色反应的灵敏度高、选择性好,是热点研究方向。本文以新合成的1-(偶氮苯基)-3-(3-硝基-2-吡啶)-三氮烯(简称AB-NPT)为显色剂,研究了它与镍的高灵敏显色体系,结果表明:在pH值为10.8~11.6范围内Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲溶液中,ABNPT在非离子表面活性剂Tween-100存在下与镍形成红色稳定的配合物,其最大吸收波长为535 nm。该显色体系大大提高了测定方法的选择性和抗干扰性,优于其它光度法测镍。采用此法用于矿样中微量镍的测定,结果令人满意,有较强的应用背景和社会效益。
To determine nickel in the way of spectrophotometric analysis,synthesis of new triazene group chromogenic reagents became hotspot-researching direction because of high sensitivity and selectivity.In this paper,the synthesis and characteristics of the new chromogenic reagents: 1-(azobenzene)-3-(3-nitro-2-pyridyl)-triazene(ABNPT)were reported.A highly sensitive color reaction of nickel was studied by using ABNPT as chromogenic reagent.The result showed that in the presence of non-ionic surfacetant Triton X-100 and Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH at the range of pH 10.8~11.6,ABNPT formed a stable amaranth complex with Nickel at the molar ratio of 1:3.The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 535nm.The new heterocyclic triazene reagents had higher sensitivity and selectivity than others.It could be applied in determining nickel of core sample with satisfactory results,which had better application background and social benefit.
