ERP system is an essential managerial tool for every modern manufacturing enterprises.This(paper) described the whole implementation procedure of ERP system in Shanghai STO Co Ltd,which includes the preparation,the implementation,the follow-up of the system.Besides,it also summarized the adventures and the weak points of the program.
