China insurance market is a perfectly competitive market with many players now.Being the No.2 insurance company in China,CPIC has to face the tough competition in the market.If CPIC Shanghai wants to keep the stable and significant development,he should discern and analyze the valuable competitors carefully,build up the brand strategy successfully,exert the competitive advantage sufficiently and create the core competitiveness continually,design the market segmentation correctly,and explore the target customers actively.In general,CPIC Shanghai should implement the efficient competitive strategy according to its competitive advantage.
