摘要
运用系统分析的方法,研究了如何在企业中实施6σ的管理方法,力求从系统分析中得出一套可以重复再现或模拟的模式,来提高企业的质量管理能力和质量管理水平.首先论证了6σ管理方法的重要性,然后介绍了什么是6σ质量管理并从统计学的原理出发,源求6σ的质量管理的起源及6σ的质量管理,最后介绍了如何实施6σ质量管理.实践证明6σ是企业开启质量管理成功之门的金钥匙!
This paper studied the application of 6σ management in enterprises with system analysis,in which how to get the model that can recur or be simulated to enhance the ability of quality management and the level of quality management.The paper first discussed the importance of the 6σ management and then introduced what is the 6σ,and gives the origin of 6σ managent and 6σ management from the statistic theory.Finally it is about how to apply the 6σ management.The 6σ amangement is a new concept and new culture.The practice will demonstrate that it is a gold key to open the door to get the successful quality management by its stronger life and excellent performance.
