电信公司创建学习型企业的策略研究

摘要 学习型组织作为当今最前沿的管理理论之一,引起许多国家重视,国内很多企业纷纷引进学习型组织理论,提出创建学习型企业目标,以此化解竞争危机,不断提升竞争实力.文章以国有大型企业之一的电信公司作为实例开展分析研究.首先对学习型企业的定义、特点作了全面介绍,接着通过对电信公司的现状分析提出了电信公司创建学习型企业的特殊意义.然后重点介绍了电信公司创建学习型企业的实施方法和途径,同时对创建工程中遇到的问题进行分析.最后,提出了学习型企业创建的推进策略.相信能给有关电信企业在创建学习型企业的过程中以启发. Learning organization is one of the newest systematic management method which has attracted great attention from most countries.Nowadays lots of companies and plants in China introduce the theory of learning organization to improve their efficiency as well as to resolve the competition crisis.The article taking Shanghai Telecom——a large-scaled state-owned enterprise as a study case,this article overviewed the concept and characteristic of learning organization and then,it introduced the methods and approaches made by Shanghai Telecom when constructing a learning organization,and analyzed the problems the company met in the process.In the end,the article brought forward some advice and strategy to enlighten senior level managers who committing themselves in learning organization constructing.
