摘要
钢水包是一个受力状态复杂的承载结构,由于生产要求而需要对钢水包底部进行优化设计。对两种设计方案进行了有限元分析计算,以检验设计方案的合理性和可行性。根据分析结果,确认了最终的设计方案。
Steel ladle is of composite load-bearing structure.As per the operating requirement,optimization design should be done on steel ladle bottom.Two type of design proposal are forwarded and calculated with FEM to check their rationality and feasibility.According to the analysis result,the final proposal has been confirmed.
