简要介绍了西马克为济钢设计连续式浅槽紊流式酸洗的工艺流程,以及关键设备如全自动闪光焊机、拉矫机、工艺段、集成碎边剪的圆盘剪的技术装备特点。
This paper introduces the characteristics of continuous pickling line imported by JiGang,which is design by SMS Demag,and introduces the operational principles and structural feature of main equipment of this line,such as the automatic flash butt welding machine,withdrawal-straightening machine,process section,circle shear with integrated scrap choppers.
