介绍了火力发电企业为应对电煤市场变化所带来的经营压力,采取从制度建设、组织机构建设、监督机制建设到加强技术等手段,全方位实施燃煤科学管理工作,通过各个环节的过程控制,努力降低发电成本。
The fluctuation of power steam coal in markets brings many management difficulties for thermal power generation plants.In this paper,the author introduces the scientific managements of fuel coals including system and institution instruction,supervision mechanism and technology measures.Process control of all courses is executed to take the scientific managements of fuel coals,thus to reduce power generation costs as possible.
