摘要
高雄捷运地下车站月台均设置月台门,隧道通风系统的规划与一般未设置月台门之系统不同。隧道通风系统在正常及塞车状况下能维持隧道内温度低于电联车空调机组运转所需温度,使电联车空调发挥功能维持车内乘客之舒适;在隧道内发生火灾,电联车无法继续行驶须于隧道内疏散乘客之紧急状况时,则能排除火灾产生之烟雾并维持疏散路径无烟雾妨碍逃生。高雄捷运针对地下隧道火灾状况,整合考虑不同之工程设计与设备,例如减少火源与使用低延燃性材料来预防火灾的发生与延烧;规划抢救与疏散设施协助乘客逃生;设置通讯设施供联系沟通;同时辅以各项紧急处理作业程序建立完善之防灾体系,保障乘客之安全。
There are platform screen doors in the underground stations of Kaohsiung mass rapid transit system. So the design of tunnel ventilation system is different from the system without platform screen doors. Under normal or congested condition the tunnel ventilation system could keep the temperature in tunnel low enough to facilitate train’s air conditioner providing a comfortable environment for the passenger. While there are fire condition, the train couldn’t keep running to the next station and stops in the tunnel. The passengers must evacuate via track bed to the next station. In this circumstance, tunnel ventilation system must establish a path free of smoke for the evacuee. Kaohsiung mass rapid transit system had integrated all the facilities and measures, for example, reducing fire agents and using low fire propagation or fire retarding materials to prevent fire occurrence and spread, developing rescue and evacuation installations to help passengers escape, setting up communication system for employee and fireman to contact each other, also supporting by all kinds of procedure to establish a complete hierarchy, against fire disaster in the tunnel to ensure safe for the passengers.
