摘要
钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维喷射混凝土在隧道和采矿工程中有着广泛的应用。纤维产品和混凝土产品的性能根据产地有所不同导致了纤维喷射混凝土的配比千差万别。钢纤维或聚丙烯纤维喷射混凝土在代替锚网支护时需要进行大量的测试以保证喷射混凝土的质量。通过应用实例介绍各种喷射混凝土在澳大利亚等国的使用情况,介绍各种纤维的优缺点及在不同岩层条件下的适用性,并给出在使用中得出优化配比和质量控制程序。
The steel and synthetic fibers have been used widely in the reinforcement of shotcrete in tunneling and mining industries. Properties of fibers and cements differ from their manufacturers which cause the difficulty in the constructions. A lot of tests are made to guarantee the quality of fiber reinforced shotcrete for replacement of mesh installations. The application of fiber reinforced shotcrete in tunneling and mining industries in Australia and other countries is presented in this paper. The strength and weakness of each type of fiber when used in shotcrete are tested to identify the most suitable use for a given tunneling or underground condition. In addition, the batch mix design is also discussed in detail.
