摘要 以地铁某车站深基坑支护为例,阐述了地铁区间隧道采用盾构法施工和明挖车站采用桩锚索支护的相互影响,介绍近几年来遇到的一些难题及采取的解决措施。基坑采用钻孔灌注桩及预应力土层锚索的支护体系,保证深基坑施工期间的相对安全,但是基坑支护体系中的锚索伸入了盾构区间隧道范围内,无形中给盾构掘进制造了障碍。现采用可拆芯式锚索,既解决了基坑支护难题,又避免了给下一步的盾构推进施工造成障碍。该方法在地铁领域的设计与施工有着重要的参考价值,可以在同类地下工程中推广应用。 The inter-influence between the tunnels constructed by shield machine and the open-cut subway station supported by pile and anchor cable is elaborated in this paper. Some difficulties and the countermeasures in such construction in recent years are also presented. The station pit is supported by the bored piles and pre-stress anchor cables, which can ensure the safety during construction of deep excavation, but the anchor cables in the soil enter the scope of the shield tunnel that can prevent the boring of the shield machine. The anchor cables with removed core are used to solve the difficult problem, which can also be applied to other similar constructions.
