潜盾堆栈隧道联络信道分区应用超高压灌浆及化学灌浆工法之设计与施工探讨

摘要 工程位于台北盆地软弱冲积地盘,为市区捷运交会车站前转弯段堆栈隧道(曲率半径210m)之联络通道。应用超高压三重管RJP深层喷射搅拌工法理论,于联络通道开挖区四周设计强度型地盘改良区,开挖区内土体则俟潜盾隧道完成后,由隧道预留灌浆孔施灌二重管化学止水灌浆,藉由严谨之监造制度及精确之施工精度,堆栈式联络信道得以顺利且提前完工。 The issue cross-passage between the overlapping tunnels with 210 m radius curvature is located in front of the MRT intersection station in soft alluvial Taipei Basin. Soil around the cross-passage was strengthening by the triple pipe jet grouting method (RJP-Rodin Jet Pile) before boring tunnels. The soil between tunnels was improved by chemical grouting via the pre-installed holes in segments. Under intimate cooperation between the owner conscientious supervision and contractor technical construction , the cross-passage was successfully completed before the date.
