摘要 凝胶多糖是一种新型微生物胞外多糖,综述了国内外生产凝胶多糖所用菌种、分离纯化方法及其在工业生产中的应用,对凝胶多糖衍生物的特性及用途也进行了介绍。 Curdlan is a kind of exopolysaccharide which is newly found in recent years.Selection of mutant,methods of separation and purification for curdlan production,and its application in industry are reviewed,and also some properties and application of curdlan derivatives are introduced.
