摘要
乙醇催化裂解制备的单壁碳纳米管在氦气保护下于200℃和甲酸反应35 min,得到可直接溶解于水、乙醇、丙酮等极性溶剂的单壁碳纳米短管。合成的单壁碳纳米管纯度高,直径约为2.0 nm,长度为50~100 nm。测试表明单壁碳纳米管同甲酸发生了化学反应,形成了羧基化的单壁碳纳米管;羧基化单壁碳纳米管中羧基的质量分数约为15.5%。最后探讨了可溶性单壁碳纳米管的形成机理。
Single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs) prepared from alcohol are reacted with methanoic acid for 35 min at 200℃ and under protection of helium to form short SWCNTs.The short SWCNTs prepared are able to directly dissolve in polar solvents,such as water,alcohol and acetone.Observation results show that the SWCNTs prepared have an average diameter of about 2.0 nm with a length of 50~100 nm and a high purity,and SWCNTs have been reacted with methanoic acid to form carboxyl group functionalized SWCNTs.The mass ratio of the carboxyl groups is about 15.5% of carboxyl group functionalized SWCNTs.The formation mechanism of soluble SWCNTs is also discussed.
