摘要
采用二氧化碳超临界萃取法萃取3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(香兰素),研究得出最佳工艺条件为:压力22~26 MPa、萃取温度55~60℃、超临界流体与原料质量比5.5∶1、萃取时间5 h。在此条件下,萃取效率达95%以上,可以得到质量分数大于95.0%的3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛产品。
The extraction of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(vanillin) from its rough product by supercritical cardon dioxide extraction technique was studied in this paper.The best technological conditions were obtained as follows:22-26 MPa of pressure,55-60℃ of temperature,5.5∶1 of the mass ratio of carbon dioxide and rough product,5 h of time.Under this conditions,the extraction rate reached over 95%,vanillin purity reached over 95%.
