摘要
采用原煤配制浆液作为洗涤介质,用以脱除燃煤烟气中的SO2。以搅拌反应器为吸收设备,实验研究了煤浆法烟气脱硫过程中煤颗粒粒径、浆液量、固液比、搅拌转速等操作参数对脱硫率的影响规律。相同条件下,将煤颗粒粒径由600~900μm减小至600μm以下,烟气脱硫率由93%增大到98%以上;类似地,将浆液量由300 mL增加到600 mL,脱硫率由85%增大到99%;固液质量比由1∶80增大到1∶10,脱硫率由92%增大到99%。当进口烟气中二氧化硫摩尔分数为3146×10-6时,增大浆液搅拌转速,烟气脱硫率亦有较明显提高。
Coal slurry is used as the flue gas SO2 scrubbing medium.Effects on SO2 removal of coal particle size,slurry volume,solid-to-liquid ratio,and stirring speed are experimently studied using a stirred-tank reactor as the absorbing apparatus.Under the same conditions,when the coal particle size is decreased from 600-900 μm to less than 600 μm,the SO2 removal efficiency increases from 93% to more than 98%;similarly,when the slurry volume varies from 300 mL to 600 mL,the removal efficiency increases from 85% to 99%;when the solid-to-liquid ratio varies from 1∶80 to 1∶10,the removal efficiency increases from 92% to 99%.The removal efficiency can also be markedly increased by increasing the slurry stirring speed as the inlet gas SO2 concentration is 3 146×10-6.
