浅色聚合松香甘油酯的研制

Preparation of low-color polymerized rosin glycerol ester

考察了不同的化学试剂、浓度、吸附剂等对聚合松香甘油酯色泽的影响。结果表明,铁离子和硫酸根离子的存在对聚合松香的色泽加深的作用非常显著,应尽可能的除去。用1%金属离子鳌合剂降低聚合松香溶液色泽具有较好的效果。浅色剂SWC-80对聚合松香甘油酯的浅色作用非常明显,0.20%的浅色剂SWC-80添加,得到的聚合松香甘油酯的色泽加纳号为2#。

Effect of different chemical reagents,concentration,adsorbent on the color of polymerized rosin glycerol ester is discussed.The results showed that iron ion and sulfate ion in the presence of polymerized rosin can enhance the color of polymerized rosin,as far as possible to remove iron and sulfate ions.Chelating agent has a good performance in reducing the color of the polymerized rosin.Light-colored agent SWC-80 can decrease the color of polymerized rosin glycerol ester.The Cana coler of polymerized rosin glycerol ester which estered with 0.20% SWC-80 was 2#.
