摘要
以乙酸镁、硝酸铝、有机燃料和硝酸铵为原料,采用低温燃烧法(LCS)成功制备了铝酸镁(MgAl2O4)纳米粉体。通过考察不同的燃烧剂及原料配比、点火温度对产品质量的影响,找出了合成铝酸镁纳米晶体的最佳条件。分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和激光粒度分析仪表征产品的晶体结构和粒度分布,结果表明,采用低温燃烧法,在600℃时即可成功制备粒径60 nm以下的铝酸镁尖晶石纳米粉体。
Superfine nano-magnesium aluminate(MgAl2O4) powder is prepared with Mg(CH3COO)2 ·4H2O,Al(NO3)3·9H2O,NH4NO3 and organic fuels urea,citric acid as original reactants by low-temperature combustion method.The optimal procedure parameters are selected by adjusting fuels,ratios of reactants and ignition temperatures.The crystal structure and particle size distribution of the product are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and laser particle size analyzer respectively.The result indicates that MgAl2O4 spinel nano-powder with the particle size less than 60 nm can be obtained by low-temperature combustion method at 600℃.
