摘要
为了解860021型大孔树脂吸附茶多糖的性质,对吸附动力学和热力学进行了研究,获得了该树脂对茶多糖的吸附方程及相关参数。从实验结果可知,动力学方程相关性较好,在温度30℃,pH 5.0、6.0、7.0条件下,最大吸附速率为0.5792 h-1;在pH 6.0,25、303、5℃条件下,最大吸附速率常数为0.5621 h-1;树脂对茶多糖的吸附量随着温度升高而减小;在上样液质量浓度为2.5~5.5 mg/mL时树脂吸附茶多糖符合Langmuir模型;而在1.5~5.5 mg/mL时符合Freundlich模型;吸附过程的吉布斯自由能变ΔGm【0,焓变ΔHm【0;树脂对茶多糖的平衡吸附量为17.3 mg/g。实验结果表明,860021大孔树脂适于茶多糖的吸附。
In order to find out the adsorption kinetics of tea polysaccharide nature on 860021 resin,the kinetics and thermodynamics of adsorption were studied.The results showed that at the conditions of pH 5.0,6.0,7.0 and 30℃,the maximum adsorption rate was 0.5792 h-1.At the conditions of 25,30,35℃ and pH 7.0,the maximum adsorption rate was 0.5621 h-1.The results also showed that the adsorbance of tea polysaccharide decreased with the increase of the temperature,the adsorption of tea polysaccharide with macroporous resins was fit for the adsorption model of Langmuir when the mass concentration of solution was 2.5-5.5 mg/mL,and when the mass concentration of solution was 1.5-5.5 mg/mL,the adsorption was well correlated with the adsorption model of Freundlich.The result of the thermodynamics character showed that Gibbs free energy change and Enthalpy change belowed zero.Equilibrium adsorption quantity of tea polysaccharide on the 860021 resins was 17.3 mg/g.The experiment results indicated that the 860021 resins was suitable for adsorping the tea polysaccharide.
