摘要 采用高分子分散剂加入苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(CM)的无皂聚合,不添加有机溶剂和乳化剂,合成了阳离子乳液表面施胶剂。得到中试产品CNE-1的主要合成条件:m(St)∶m(BA)=117∶100、w(CM)=3.4%(总单体量)、w(HDA)=8%(总单体量)、w(APS)=0.5%(总单体量)、反应时间为4 h。红外光谱分析表明CNE-1存在St、BA、CM单体链节。粒径分析表明CNE-1乳液颗粒体积平均粒径为77.4 nm。当CNE-1用量为0.6 kg/t时,白纸板纸无需浆内施胶,反面Cobb值可达44 g/m2。当CNE-1用量为2.5 kg/t时,瓦楞纸板可达A级标准。与纸厂现用工艺相比,纸板Cobb值降低4.5%,环压指数、裂断长、耐破指数、耐折度则分别提高8.3%、7.5%、4.7%和16.6%。 The cationic emulsion type surface sizing agent synthesized by introducing a macromolecule dipersing agent into the soap-free copolymerization is prepared on the basis of styrene,butyl acrylate and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride without organic solvent and emulsifier.The optimum product CNE-1 is obtained on the conditions of m(St)∶m(BA)=117∶100,w(CM)=3.4%(total weight of monomers),w(HDA)=8%(total weight of monomers),w(APS)=0.5%(total weight of monomers),reaction time of 4 h.IR analysis of CNE-1 showes that its mocular structure consisted of main chains from St,BA and CM.Particle size analysis of CNE-1 gave its average particle size of 77.4 nm.When applying CNE-1 of 0.6 kg/t based on oven dry paperboard,the Cobb value of the back side of white paperboard is obtained at 44 g/m2 without the internal sizing agent.In addition,when applying CNE-1 of 2.5 kg/t based on oven dry paperboard,the quality of corrugated paperboard adapted to Class A,meanwhile,the ring burst index,breaking length,burst index and foldness increased by 8.3%,7.5%,4.7% and 16.6% respectively compared to those of paperboard treated with present sizing technology.
