摘要
为了提高产品收率和纯度,对聚酸酐合成的重要中间体1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷的合成路线进行了新的探索,在国内首次以对羟基苯甲酸乙酯为原料,以四正丁基碘化铵为催化剂,采用相转移催化合成法合成了目标化合物,其收率是传统合成法的2倍,达93.2%。而且产品纯度较传统合成法有了极大的提高,并对产物进行结构表征。
A new route is put forward to prepare 1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane,which is the key intermediate for synthesizing polyanhydride in order to increase yield and purity.1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane is prepared using phase transfer catalyst from ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate.Compared to the traditional ways,the yield can be doubled(93.2%.) and the purity be improved significantly.The structure of the final product is also confirmed.
