摘要
以济南华明生化有限公司20000 t/a葡萄糖酸钠发酵工程为例,针对发酵过程pH自动控制这一难题,采用山东省科学院生物研究所自行研制的SBA-发酵在线pH温度智能控制系统,通过模糊控制及其他措施,在120 t发酵罐上实现pH自动控制,为工业发酵自动控制提供了经验和方法。
Based on the project of 20 000 t/a sodium gluconate ferment of Jinan Huaming Co.Ltd.,considering the problem of pH value automatic control system during ferment process,it used the SBA-intelligent control system of pH and temperature self-designed by Biology Institute of Shandong Academy of Science.With fuzzy control and other measures,it is realized that auto-control of 120 t fermentor provide experience and method for automatic control of industry ferment.
