摘要 为研究电泳式微杯型电子纸的显示原理,通过掩膜光刻法构造微室结构与图形电极,高分子分散剂将复配的二氧化钛与染料分散,并以光固化法实现微结构的封装。材料易得、工艺简便,所得到的电泳显示器件具有优良的性质:低电压彩色显示(2~10 V,响应时间500μs,红、绿、蓝、白多色显示)。 To study the theory of electrophoretic display in micro-containers,the micro-container structures and graphics electrodes through photo-mask lithography were prepared.Then the titanium oxide and dyes were dispersed by polymer dispersants.The electrophoretic suspension was encapsulated into the micro-containers through photo-curing.The electrophoretic display devices possess excellent performance which display in different colors,such as red,green,blue,white and so on,in 500 microseconds,when activated in direct-voltage of 2-10 V.
