摘要
基于实际填料高度,建立了高效规整填料塔DEA活化热钾碱脱碳系统传质模型,对规整填料脱碳塔进行系统的模拟计算,沿规整填料高度上对CO2气相浓度、溶液转化度、气/液相CO2分压等计算分析,模拟结果与工业实例吻合很好,为工程设计及优化提供了帮助。
Based on the actual height of packing,mass transfer model of the CO2-removal process with diethanolamine(DEA)-promoted carbonate solvents in high-efficiency structured packing tower is developed.Simulation of CO2 removal with structured packing tower has been conducted.The simulation results indicate that the gas concentration of CO2,conversions degree of carbonate solution,and CO2 partial pressure in both gas and liquid phase along the structured packing height are well accordant with those of industrial application.The results are useful for design and optimization of DEA-promoted carbonate process.
