高压细水雾灭火系统在莱钢热轧工程中的应用

莱钢热轧消防系统设计采用了国内第一套应用于工业场所的高压细水雾自动灭火系统,根据国内外的相关细水雾规范,分析了工业场所采用的高压细水雾灭火系统应满足的基本要求,在此基础上对系统构成、工艺流程和特点进行了详细探讨,并通过模拟灭火试验证明符合设计要求。

On the basis of analyzing all the automatic water-based extinguishing systems used in industry areas,the high pressure water mist system is chosen for the first time,and used in the hot milling production line in Laigang,Shandong province.By introducting the envirionment in in- dustry,the requirements,extinguishing mechanism and design process of the system are discussed, In the paper,the design result is also given,which demonstrates the design is appropriate.
