摘要 使用电脑结构分析软件可以计算得到家具框架关键部位的内部应力,从而实现对软体沙发的力学设计,使其达到一定的耐久性性能测试标准。本文讨论了一些软体沙发力学设计的议题,例如基本框架结构以及基于框架分析的设计载荷。本文介绍了美国联邦政府GSA(General Service Administration)性能测试标准,此标准是美国软体沙发制造商质量保证项目之一。本文使用有限元建模,对三人沙发关键部件和接头处的应力进行了分析,以次为例显示了家具框架结构的设计过程。家具力学设计需要不同材质和接头的疲劳力学性质,从而保证设计出的家具框架具有一定的性能测试接受水平。 Strength design of upholstered furniture frames to meet specified durability performance test standards can be accomplished through analyzing internal forces at critical frame structural components using computer based structural analysis programs.This paper discussed some of the issues related to strength design of upholstered furniture frames such as basic frame structures and design loads with emphasis on furniture frame analysis.The General Service Administra- tion performance test regimen for evaluation of upholstered furniture frames as a part of a quality assurance program for US upholstered furniture manufacturers is presented.A frame structural analysis procedure is demonstrated through finite element analysis modeling of a typical three-seat sofa frame with the results of the internal forces at critical members and joints.Information related to fatigue strength properties for different types of materials and joints are required for design- ing furniture frames to satisfy desired performance test ac- ceptance levels.
