浙江林学院诊所式法律教育模式的建立与发展

The Establishment and Development of the Clinical Legal Education Model in Zhejiang Forestry University

法律诊所这样的教育模式,让学生在学校的时候就可以接触和实际代理力所能及的案件,一方面锻炼自己,另一方面向社会奉献一份爱心。在课堂中学习,在模拟中实践,理论联系实际,以模拟的形式去亲身体验法律在生活中的实际运用,提高同学的实际操作和运用法律的能力,这正是法律诊所教育模式的价值所在。只有真正做到理论和实际的结合,才能搞好法律这个神圣的事业。我校的诊所式法学教育方式目前还刚刚起步,师资力量、办学经验、活动经费等十分匮乏,在今后逐步完善的过程中,应设立分类细致、门类齐全的专项法律诊所,制定完善的课程教学大纲,建立科学的评价考核机制,加强律师事务所的实习。

Through the clinical legal education model,students can not only learn and handle some practical cases to enhance their abilities,but also simulate the application of some knowledge about the law on themselves,which can improve their ability of practical operation and application and therefore they can make contribution to the society.This is just the value of the mode of clinic education.Only in the way of combining theory and practice can the law be made holier.Zhejiang Forestry University starts such education mode in law just recently,therefore,the teachers with high qualification,the experience in operating the mode,and the outlay for activities are badly in need.However,in the course construc- tion,an expert law clinic with thorough classification will be set up,a perfect teaching plan of curriculum will be made,a scientific evaluation mechanism will be established,and the practice in the law agency will be reinforced.
