摘要
课程是人才培养方案的基本构成要素,课程建设是高等学校教学工作中最重要的一项基本建设,是以全面提高教学质量为目的的一项系统工程。本研究以二级学院为单位,探索和实践了以课程为核心构建课程建设的组织,为强化和促进该组织的工作,制订了系列配套的聘任、考核制度,建设了配套的信息化系统,并出台了配套的激励政策。经过近3年的实践,取得了良好的成果。
Curriculum is the basic element of students education plan.Curriculum construction is not only one of the most important basic works for higher education,but also a system project for promoting the teaching quality thouroughly.The project chooses the subordinate school of the university as the study unit.Organizations constructing with the curriculum as the core are studied and practiced.To enhance and drive the organizations,a series of regulations for appointing and evaluation are drawn,corresponding information systems are developed,and stimulation policy is instituted.With three years practice,the project achieves good effect.
