云南大学2004~2006年度大学生体质健康标准测试数据现状分析

Analysis of students' physical health testing datum in Yunnan University between 2004 and 2006

大学生体质健康标准测试已经在全国各级高等院校开展.运用文献资料法、测试法、数理表格统计法对云南大学2004~2006年在校大学生体质健康标准测试的数据进行简要分析,并从事实依据出发,找出云南大学生体质现况与全国大学生的体质现状存在的差距,提出建议,达到正确引导体育教师指导学生进行体育锻炼,增强体质水平的目的.

College students' physical health testing has been developed among universities in China.Based on bibliography and using testing methods and mathematical statistics,the author analyzed the data of the physical health standard testing in Yunnan University in 2004,2005 and 2006,and then found the gaps of Physical Condition between students from Yunnan and National University.Finally,the author gave suggestions in order to correctly guide students to rightly take exercises and strengthen physique.
