Athletes' management and developing ideas to the high-level athletic team in Yunnan University

我国高校试办高水平运动队从1987年至今已走过了20年.20年来,我校高水平运动队经历了从无到有,从低水平逐渐向高水平发展的过程.现总结20年我校在试办高水平运动队的整个过程中,由于制度不完善,加之管理、措施的滞后,阻碍了试办工作的顺利发展.本文对20年我校在试办工作中存在的问题,提出想法和建议,以促使其健康发展.

Since 1987 it has passed twenty years when the Chinese universites tried to operate the high-level athletic team.In the twenty years,our university's high-level athletic team experienced the process of from nothing to existence and the development from the low-level to the high-level.Now summarizing the whole process of operating the high-level team of our university in these twenty years,I found some reasons that baffled the favoring development of operating such as the incomplete system and behindhand managing steps.This text advances some ideas and suggestions for the existing problems in our university's operation during these twenty years,in order to advance its healthy development.
