摘要
利用X′Pert PRO X—射线衍射分析仪、XL-30能谱分析仪等岩矿测试手段,系统评价了伊利石在60℃条件下,5.0%HC、l5.0%HC l+0.5%HF、5.0%HC l+1.0%HF、0.5%HF、1.0%HF、8.0%HBF4、5.0%HC l+7.0%HBF47种常见酸体系与伊利石反应的化学行为,重点分析了酸液中硅和铝元素离子浓度、酸蚀量、晶体结构稳定性等参数随时间、酸浓度、酸类型发生变化的规律。研究表明:伊利石与酸反应速度快、沉淀少,反应后的残余伊利石晶体结构未发生彻底的改变。常规酸化处理中,伊利石性质相对稳定。
Take advantage of X'Pert PRO x-ray diffraction measurement and XL-30 energy spectrum analysis,systematic evaluation is done to the reaction of illite with 5.0% HCl,5.0% HCl+0.5% HF,5.0% HCl+1.0% HF, 0.5% HF,1.0% HF,8.0%HBF4,5.0% HCl+7.0% HBF4,the analysis is mainly focused on a tentative discussion of intensity of Si ions and Al ions in acid,corrosion and crystal texture's stability with time or intensity of acid or acid's type.As a result,Illite reacts with acid quickly and has few deposit,more illite crystal texture remains after reaction.Illite property is stable in nomal acidizing treatment.
