摘要
通过对元素硫在高压酸性天然气中的析出沉积机理分析,利用气体的稳定渗流理论,建立了元素硫析出沉积预测模型。利用该模型可以预测高含硫天然气开采早期元素硫析出沉积的特点和规律,研究表明:在距气井一定距离处,其含硫饱和度随着生产时间的增加而增加;气井产量越大,开始出现硫沉积的时间越早;随着离井距离的增加,含硫气井开始出现硫沉积的时间越长;地层中某处一旦出现硫的沉积,含硫饱和度将加速增加;地层中元素硫的沉积,一般主要出现在距离井筒2 m的范围内。
Through the analysis of the elementary sulfur deposition mechanism in high-pressure natural gas and the steady percolation theory of gas,sulfur deposition precipitation model is established.By using this model,the characteristics and maw of sulfur deposition can be predicted in the exploration early of gas with high sulfur content.The research shows that in a certain distance from sulfur saturation increase as the production time,the greater productivity the gas wells are,the earlier sulfur deposition begins,sulfur deposition will begin later as the distance from well increases,once the sulfur deposition happens in the formation,the rate of sulfur deposition will increase rapidly,sulfur deposition generally occurred mainly at a distance of 2 meters within the well centre.
