摘要
含硫气藏在开采过程中,当元素硫在天然气中以饱和态存在时,随着储层压力的降低,元素硫在天然气中的溶解度也要降低,析出元素硫,沉积在孔隙空间中,降低了储层的渗透率,甚至形成硫堵。利用气体的稳定渗流理论,建立与孔隙度和渗透率有关的硫沉积预测模型。通过实例分析发现元素硫在地层中的沉积主要发生在离井筒较近的范围之内,气井的产量也会影响元素硫在地层中沉积的速度。
In the development of sulfurous gas reservoir,when elemental sulfur in natural gas is saturated,the solubility of elemental sulfur reduces as the reservoir pressure decreases,sulfur precipitates which deposits in space pore and makes the permeability lower and even block formation.In this paper,filtration theory of stability is used to establish sulfur deposition forecasting models which are related to the porosity and permeability of rock.According to the case study,elemental sulfur deposit mainly occurs near well-bore,and gas well productivity also affects the rate of elemental sulfur deposition.
