摘要
为了探讨生物表面活性物质对VPO(钒磷氧)催化剂前驱体结构和性能的影响,制备了月桂酸钠、油酸、硬脂酸和吐温60四种物质存在下的VPO催化剂前驱体。IR和XRD分析结果表明,表面活性物质的加入对前驱体的官能团及组成几乎没有影响,而(001)晶面和(220)晶面的生长速率不一样。
VPO catalyst precursor is prepared by adding sodium laurate,oleic acid,stearic acid and Tween 60 to study the effect of biosurface-active materials on the structure and properties of VPO catalyst precursor.Functional groups,composition and vanadium's valent state of VPO catalyst precursors is not influenced by addition of surfactant based on analysis of the IR and XRD,but growth rate of the(001) and the(220) crystal face is not changed.
