生热破胶体系催化剂草酸微胶囊的制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对低温油气井压裂液存在低温破胶难的问题,研究了化学生热破胶体系催化剂草酸微胶囊的制备。对不同囊衣材料形成的微胶囊的缓释性能进行评价,以乙基纤维素、聚苯乙烯作为囊衣材料的微胶囊半衰期都较短,以SAD为囊衣材料的微胶囊60℃以下半衰期都大于2 h,具有良好的缓释性能,在一定程度上可以很好的满足施工要求。 In order to solve the problem of gel-breaking of the fracturing fluid at low temperature for oil and gas wells,preparation of the oxalic acid microcapsule used as the catalyst of the chemical heat-generating gel-breaking system of the fracturing fluid Is studied.Their delayed releasing performances are evaluated.Laboratory test indicates that the half-life periods of microcapsules made by ethyl cellulose and polystyrene as microcapsule wall are short,and the half life period of microcapsule made by SAD as microcapsule wall is long,it is longer than 2 h when temperature is not higher than 60℃,so it possesses high delayed releasing performance and can meet the requests of the fracturing technologies at some extent.
