摘要
在钻头几何学研究的基础上,通过坐标变换建立了PDC钻头几何学仿真模型;并在MATLAB编程语言环境下实现其数据的可视化,获得了反映钻头牙齿齿面与齿壁形状、大小和位置的三维实体图形。结果表明:MATLAB编程语言简单易写,结果正确可靠,为在MATLAB环境下进行牙齿的运动学仿真和钻头与岩石互作用仿真研究奠定了基础。
PDC bit geometry emulation model are established by using coordinate transformation which includes models of tooth based on the bit geometry study and the visualization technology of MATLAB,three-dimension graph of tooth surface and tooth wall shape,size and location of PDC bit's teeth are obtained.The result shows that the MATLAB is a simple and easily compiled software,the output is accurate and reliable.This study provides a basis for motion emulation of teeth and interaction between bit and rock under MATLAB environment.
