摘要
通过对铁基非晶薄带在不同热处理工艺下的磁性能参数的比较,发现了其磁性能的变化规律,进而找到了磁性能最佳的退火热处理制度—加热温度405℃、保温时间20 min。通过比较样品在晶化热处理前后的性能变化,找到了晶化热处理对铁基非晶合金性能的影响规律:晶化前非晶薄带的耐蚀性高;晶化后非晶薄带的显微硬度提高,但是脆性明显增加。该性能符合海上钻井平台所用配电变压器的低耗能、高耐腐蚀性要求。
Through the comparison of magnetism performance parameters after the different heat treatment technique,the change law of magnetism performance parameters is obtained,meanwhile,the best heat treatment system is found,i.e.,the magnetic property parameters are the best for 20 min at 405℃.Then through the comparison of performance change before and after the heat treatment of crystallization,the result shows the influences law of the Fe-based amorphous alloy performance is the micro hardness of the amorphous ribbon is increased,but brittleness has increased,too.It is also a difficulty that it must be solved in the future;through the polarization curve analysis before and after the heat treatment of crystallization,the result shows that the corrosion resistance property of amorphous ribbon is higher than that of sample after the heat treatment.So this power distribution transformer which is produced with Fe-based amorphous alloy will be used in offshore oil-gas field.
