摘要
采用三菱FX2N-48MR型可编程控制器(PLC)对T68卧式镗床电气系统进行了技术改造与负荷计算,设计了主电路及电路保护环节,选择了配电、控制电器和电气控制线路,确定了PLC的I/O分配表,绘制了梯形图,编写了FX2N-48MR的控制程序。利用模拟实验验证了采用PLC对石油天然气机械设备的电气控制系统的技术改造是可行的。
The design uses the Mitsubishi FX2N-48MR series Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) to carry on a technique reformation of electrical system for the T68 boring machine.Firstly,the load calculation is carried on,the main circuit and the related protection circuit are redesigned,the electrical distribution & control appliances chosen,the control electrical circuit redesigned,the PLC input and output pointes assignment designed,then trapezoid diagram and compiled the control procedure of FX2N-48MR drawn.Finally,the simulation of the electrical control system on the PLC laboratory confirms that using the PLC to improve the electrical system for the machine of petroleum & oil gas is feasible.
