摘要
人才是国家和单位的重要人力资源,人才管理的好坏直接关系到事业的兴衰成败。如何管理好人才,防止人才流失,最大限度地发挥人才的聪明才智,是人才管理工作者必须关注和重视的重要课题。文章从人才的管理风险的表现、成因及防范措施等三个方面给人才管理工作提供了一些行之有效的方法。
Talented people are important human resources of a unit or a country at large.It is essential to the development of a unit whether talented people are under excellent management.How to manage talented people well,to prevent brain drain and to give talents to their full play are what personnel management staff should concern themselves with and attach great importantace to.This paper tries to propound some effective counterplots in terms of the risk manifestation,reasons for the risk and its counterplots.
