摘要
对鹿结核病间接ELISA诊断试剂盒进行了系统的实验研究,制备了兔抗鹿酶标抗体;进行了PPD和氯化钾浸出抗原的筛选工作,从而确定了PPD为最佳抗原.通过对抗原最佳浓度和工作条件的摸索,确立了鹿结核病间接ELI SA法的最佳工作条件.可为成功研制出鹿结核病间接ELISA诊断试剂盒奠定了基础.
The paper has systematically carried on the research of diagnostic kit of tuberculosis indirect ELISA in deer. The study has prepare rabbits antibodies enzyme labelled antibody,which is resisted by deer; It carried on the screening antigens which are PPD and chloratum Kalium extraction antigen. The results confirmed PPD as the best antigen. Through groping antigen level and operating conditions, it established indirect ELISA of tuberculosis in deer. The study would be made a good foundation to develop indirect ELISA of tuberculosis in deer.
