摘要
试验优选了超声提取白刺花总生物碱最佳工艺条件.通过正交设计超声提取方案,以50 g白刺花种子中提取出的总生物碱为指标,考察了乙醇浓度,提取时间,料液比对总生物碱提取效果的影响.优选出最佳提取条件为:8倍量70%乙醇超声提取60 min.
A novel extraction process of alkaloids from Seeds of Sophora Viciifolia Hance by ultrasonic treatment was tested. The effects of extractants, solid liquid ratio, extraction time on extraction efficiency were studied. The optimum extracting conditions of alkaloids were investigated by using of thogonal experimental design. The results were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 70% , solid liquid ratio 1:8, extraction time 60 min.
