秦岭北麓大鲵亲体繁育实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 叙述了秦岭北麓大鲵繁育基地的自然环境与仿生态池的给养条件及亲鲵单池单养和同池隔网单养的培育方式.对大鲵3年连续催情32组,结果自然交配产卵雌鲵27尾,共获卵14 000粒,并连年孵化出苗.其中,产空卵带亲鲵5尾,催繁成功率为84.4%.论述了亲鲵耐受低温的能力,发现其早春低水温>4℃时开食,个性凶残,每年7月下旬至8月底性腺发育成熟,为最佳催情期.交配产卵池应彻底清池,严格控制给水流量与水深以及亲鲵繁殖与护卵行为等.展望了大鲵规模化养殖的前景. These were narrated in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains that the environment of breeding base, the provisions of the ecology-imitated pond and the breeding manner of one salamander in one pond and double in one pond with a net separating them. In three years, 32 parent groups of salamander had been expedited by oxytocic continuously, and naturally 27 female parents mated with their counterparts, laying 14 000 eggs. Annually seedlings had been incubated in the past three years. Of the female, 5 parents lay egg-strips with no egg, and the rate of the parturition-hastened is 84.4% . And at last, those were discussed that the tolerance of Giant Salamander to low temperature (in early spring, the parents begin to eat at the temperature over 4℃), the fierce and cruel nature, and the propagation and the behavior of egg-protected. From the practice of breeding Giant Salamander, such experiences were obtained that the time from the last ten-day of July to the end of August is the best period to expedite the parents delivery, that the pond in which the parents mate and lay eggs must be cleared every inch, that the quantity of feedwater to the pond and the water depth of the pond must be commanded, and etc..
