进行了导弹研制费用分析,建立了费用特征参数的量化模型.为解决因样本数据少引发的研制费用估算精度低的问题,引入了偏最小二乘回归灰色组合模型,并针对一组费用数据进行了实际应用.结果表明估算精度较高.

An analysis on missile research cost is given and the measure model of cost character parameter is built.In order to eliminate the pertinence of the independent variables,the partial least square regression analysis is import,and the model aimed at a group of cost data is built.The result shows that the model is reasonable and feasible.
