冷轧变形铝锡复合材料的再结晶

Investigation on Re-crystallization of Cold Rolled Al-Sn Composite

摘要 基于冷轧变形铝锡合金再结晶过程中硬度变化的敏感性,比较研究了Al-10Sn和Al-10Sn/TiB2复合轴瓦材料的再结晶动力学。通过硬度-时间软化曲线,计算了两种材料的再结晶激活能,比较了两种材料的再结晶组织。结果表明,硼化钛颗粒的存在提高了材料再结晶温度约50℃,使材料的热稳定性提高。Al-10Sn和Al-10Sn/TiB2的再结晶激活能分别为83.16kJ/mol和92.98kJ/mol。 Re-crystallization dynamics of bearing materials of Al-10Sn and Al-10Sn/TiB2 were investigated based on the sensitiveness in hardness of the materials during re-crystallization.Re-crystallizationactivation energyof the materials were calculated through hardness vs.time curves,and microstructures of the re-crystallization for the two materials were compared by means of metallography.The results indicate that the existence of TiB2particles increases the re-crystallization temperature by up to 50 ℃,that is to say,increasing the stabilization in elevated temperature.Re-crystallizationactivation energyof Al-10Sn and Al-10Sn/TiB2 are 83.16 kJ/mol and 92.98 kJ.mol,respectively.
