摘要
采用倾斜板冷却体法对过共晶高铬铸铁进行半固态成形,研究了两种倾斜板温度对过共晶高铬铸铁半固态组织的影响规律。结果表明,当板温为室温时,熔体温度梯度大,合金粘度高,流速慢,机械作用力减弱,初生碳化物呈粗大长杆状。当板温为150℃时,熔体温度梯度小,初生碳化物长大倾向减小,碳化物的形成以互相剪切、滚动、碰撞、摩擦而折断、破碎为主而变得细小且分布均匀,趋于等轴化。
Semi-solid hypereutectic high Cr cast iron was prepared by inclined cooling plate method.Effect of two different inclined plate temperature on semi-solid state micro -structure of hypereutectic high Cr cast iron has been studied.The results showed that:when the inclined plate is normal temperature,the temperature grads of melt is large,flowing viscosity increase and mechanism power decrease.Theprimary carbideis crassitudeand haulm.When the inclined plate temperature is 150 ℃,the temperature grads of melt is smaller。The growing tendency of primary carbide should be smaller.The sheering,rolling,friction and impacting become the major element to the forming of primary carbide.Theprimary carbideis smaller and average.
