摘要
利用自主开发的倾斜管制浆工艺制备了A356合金半固态浆料,研究了倾斜管制浆主要工艺参数对半固态浆料非枝晶组织的形成与演变规律,同时利用倾斜管制备了一圆形铸锭,并研究了铸锭不同部位的显微组织。结果表明,倾斜管制备半固态坯料过程中,倾斜角度一般应控制在40°~60°,理想浇注温度在620~660℃。对应不同的浇注温度应用不同的斜管长度,倾斜管通水冷却可以获得较为理想的显微组织。在一定的浇注长度范围内,低温浇注更有利于获得近球状晶,铸锭组织逐渐由树枝晶向细小的近球晶演变。
Semi-solid slurry of A356 alloy was produced by cooling-slope-tube.Nucleation behavior and morphology evolution of primary phase under the main process parameters were investigated.A ingot was made by the cooling-slope-tube and the microstructure of different positions were also studied.The results show that the optimum inclined angle is between 40°~60°and pouring temperature is between 620 ℃~660 ℃.Correspondence different pouring temperature applied different sloped tube length,the cooling-slope-tube is cooled with water can acquire perfect microstructure.In a certain pouring length,low superheat pouring can obtain nearly globularity microstructure more easier.the dendritic primary phase transformed into a non-dendritic one in ingots cast over a cooling-slope-tube.
