摘要
半固态金属触变成形是一种新型的金属加工工艺,但有关其本构关系的研究仍处于探索阶段。目前人们常常采用Martin的两相本构模型,但也出现了一些新的研究方法。在分析前人研究的基础上,归纳了半固态金属触变本构关系的国内外研究现状,并简评了本构关系的优缺点,提出了建立新型触变本构关系的思路。
Thixofoming of semi-solid metals is an innovativemetallic manufacturing method,but it is still in an initial stage on the research of the constitutive relationship of semi-solid metals.So far,people often utilizeTwo-phase Model of Martin,while some new research methods have occurred.Based on analysizing former studies,the paper concludes the developing actuality of the semi-solid metallic constitutive relationship under thixoforming both in China and abroad.It also comments the advantages and disadvantages of the constitutive relationship,and proposes a thought of establishing a new thixotropic constitutive relation.
