摘要
通过Procast对Al-Cu合金挤压浸渗多孔陶瓷的过程进行计算机仿真模拟,并在与模拟环境相同的条件下进行试验以验证模拟结果。结果表明计算机模拟的凝固时间、固液相与试验结果及金相分析吻合,说明作者提出的简化模型在多孔陶瓷挤压浸渗合金的模拟中是适用的;复合材料的浸渗成形完全不同于一般的合金铸造,多孔陶瓷预制体内部结构的复杂性是造成铸造过程中复合材料内部产生一系列缺陷的主要因素。
Numerical simulation of porous Al-Cu metaloceramics in squeezing-infiltration method has been conducted by the Procast software, and the experiment has been made. The results verify that solidified time and solid-liquid phase structure in numerical simulation results are well in agreement with that in the experiment and metallographic observation, showing the availability of the simplified model in simulation of porous Al-Cu metaloceramics in squeezing-infiltration method. The infiltrated formation of the Al-Cu metaloceramics is totally different from the formation of common alloys. The defects in the metaloceramics are attributed to the complexity of internal structure in porous metaloceramics performs.
