摘要
概述了锶及其中间合金的物理化学性能,对现有含锶中间合金(Al-Sr、Mg-Sr、Cu-Sr、Pb-Sr)的制备技术("对渗法"和液态阴极电解法)、应用现状(脱氧、脱硫剂,变质剂)和作用机理作了系统的分析、比较。对目前我国含锶中间合金产业的现状作了客观的分析,指出了该产业在发展过程中的不足和将来的发展方向。
The physical and chemical properties of the strontium intermediate alloy were introduced in this article. Al-Sr、Mg-Sr、Cu-Sr and Pb-Sr intermediate alloy are now used mainly in the fied of metallurgical industry and metallic material industry. The manufacturing technology(direct mixing method and molten salt electrolysis method)、current status of application(deoxygenation agent、desulfurization agent and metamorphism agent) as well as working mechanism of these intermediate alloys were detailed respectively. Existing disadvantages of strontium industry in our country and its developing direction were pointed out simultaneously.
